Vehicle control barriers offer a physical presence and are commonly used to prevent unauthorised entry to protected or restricted areas such as car parks and public areas. As with all security systems, id-visual offer a range of vehicle control solutions to meet your requirements; many of our vehicle control barriers can be installed to work in conjunction with an existing access control system. 

The vehicle control barriers come in all different widths and dimensions, and can include options such as a push-button control pad, a proximity reader or a hands free reader.

For additional security, the more advanced systems can be used in conjunction with our number plate recognition system, which will verify a vehicle’s registration prior to opening the barrier. To compliment any of these barriers, id-visual can also supply traffic light systems that tell you if a car park is full, automated ticketing machines for pay and display and systems to prevent car theft.

We have a wide range of vehicle control barriers – including rising bollards, conventional barriers and automatic gates to provide security to car parks and public areas.
